ORDER ACCEPTANCE POLICY
In the event that products are no longer available or there is insufficient stock to fulfil your order, we will supply those products which are available and refund the balance of your payment (for products which we can not supply) to the account which it originated from. A confirmation of the refund will be sent to your email address supplied when making the order.
We also reserve the right without liability to refuse and/or cancel any order (whether it has been confirmed or payment has been received) for any reason whatsoever. All monies received will be refunded to the account which it originated from.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
NEW ZEALAND
A flat nationwide shipping fee of $9 is added to all orders under $150. There is no extra charge for our rural delivery.
There is no shipping charge for any order placed with a value of $150 or more.
We endeavor to ship orders within 24 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays. Please allow additional time for dispatch during sale / promotional periods.
Packages are delivered by Aramex or NZ Post. Actual transit times vary between two to five days. Rural deliveries will take longer depending on your local network. A shipping confirmation email will be sent when your order is dispatched.
We do not ship an order to PO Boxes.
AUSTRALIA
A flat international shipping fee of $30.00 NZD is added to all orders under $250 and shipping is FREE on all orders over $250

Packages are delivered by Aramex or Australia Post. Actual transit times vary between an five and ten working days (depending on delivery location and order times).
International orders may be subject to local charges. Any customs or import duties and associated fees are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Radicool Kids cannot be held responsible for any additional charges on your order, nor can we accept a return of the order in this case. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so please contact your local customs office for further information.

A flat international shipping fee of $75.00 NZD is added to all orders under $200; a rate of $125.00 is applied to orders over $200 & under $350 and shipping is FREE on all orders over above $350
