We are strong believers of what's yours is yours!! So any personal information you provide to us will be not be given to a third party, not even a forth, fifth or sixth!! We only ask for information so we can give you our best service possible available.

You are welcome to purchase as many products from us as we can handle. We will ask for some personal information so we can efficiently send your order and just in case anything should go wrong we can catch up with you and sort it out quick smart.

We use PayPal for all transactions through this website and they use state of the art security services that we can't even understand..... Let's just say it's really, really good!! You don't have to sign up or be a PayPal member just click on the credit card button and away you go!

For us Kiwis we endeavor to deliver your goods nationwide between 3-5 working days of your order being placed. If for some out of this world situation springs up, we'll give you the heads up and fix it straight away!! For all international orders we will deliver your goods between 5-20 working days depending on where in this wonderful world you live. For more detailed shipping information please see the "Terms of Service" link at the bottom of the check out page.

We include the New Zealand standard GST rate of 15% into every item we sell. However if your country has import and/or duty taxes then this must be covered by you. Sorry mate.

All prices as shown in NZD unless stated.

If you have made a purchase through this website and wish to return your item then you can email us on sales@radicoolkids.com and we will happily accept any change of mind return up to 30 days after purchase. We will offer you a replacement item, size or alternatively a full refund of the item/s purchased. We don't however refund any freight charges applied at either end or clearance items.
